About Me

I am Sheo Mangal Tiwary, a lifelong learner, passionate professional, and advocate for informed citizenship. I began my professional journey at TATA Steel, Jamshedpur, where I served with dedication for several decades before retiring. My years at TATA Steel were filled with rich experiences in quality management, team collaboration, and a deep commitment to excellence.

One of the highlights of my career was my active participation in the Quality Circle movement, where I had the privilege of representing TATA Steel at several prestigious platforms — both in India and abroad. I have presented quality improvement initiatives at:

• The International Convention on Quality Circles in Yokohama, Japan,

• The Dhanbad Chapter,

• Bangalore,

• Hyderabad, and

• Mumbai,
  earning recognition for practical problem-solving, innovation, and team-based thinking.

While working professionally, I developed a strong interest in law and social justice, which led me to pursue and complete a Law degree alongside my corporate responsibilities. After my retirement from TATA Steel, I fully transitioned into the legal profession and currently practice as an Advocate at the Jamshedpur Lower Court.

My experience—spanning both industry and law—has given me a unique perspective on the challenges ordinary citizens face every day. From workplace systems to courtrooms, I've seen how lack of accessible knowledge can disempower people.

This blog is my humble initiative to:
